Sorority

  • Offer tailored training, mentorship, and workshops to empower women in the nuclear industry.
  • Empower women in the sector to develop shadowing programs, fostering growth and knowledge exchange to ensure no one is left behind.

Sustainability

  • Conduct membership campaigns to expand our presence across all regions.
  • Ensure financial security through proactive planning, partnerships, and sponsorship opportunities and uphold transparency.

Diversity and Inclusion

  • Promote the participation of diverse women in spaces to give visibility to all women, ensuring diversity in nationality, race, ethnicity, age, and disabilities.
  • Encourage healthy expressions of masculinity within the nuclear sector.

A Personal Note from the New President of WiN Global: Melina Belinco

As we embark on this journey, I remain deeply committed to leading by example. At WiN Global, we have always fostered an environment that supports balancing professional and personal goals, and I am proud to be part of a team that exemplifies this. A personal milestone for me has been recently welcoming my first child, and through this experience, I’ve seen firsthand how WiN Global empowers women to thrive at every stage of life and career. This only strengthens my resolve to advocate for family-friendly policies and to create inclusive spaces where women can truly succeed.
