December 15, 2025

WiN Switzerland will host the second edition of WiN Global’s European signature event series in 2026, building on the strong momentum of the inaugural regional gathering in Madrid. The event will offer a dynamic platform for meaningful exchange on innovation, excellence, and the future of nuclear energy in Europe.

Building on the strong success of the first European regional gathering hosted by WiN Spain, WiN Global is pleased to announce the 2nd European Regional Flagship Event, to be held from 21 to 23 September 2026 in Baden, Switzerland.

Centrally located and strongly integrated into Europe’s energy network, Switzerland offers an ideal setting for this event. Its high-performing nuclear fleet, recognized for safety, reliability, and long-term operational expertise, provides a strong backdrop to showcase the strength and continued growth of Europe’s nuclear community and the leadership of women shaping its future.

This second edition represents a decisive step forward in WiN Global’s strategy to establish high-impact regional platforms that foster cooperation, strengthen women’s leadership, and drive innovation across the nuclear sector. Following the momentum generated in Madrid, this 2nd Regional Flagship Event reinforces the need for a sustained, strategic, and action-oriented dialogue across Europe.
