WiN Colombia is a technical and professional organization focused on strengthening nuclear knowledge management and advancing gender equity in the nuclear and radiological sector.

Its core activities include a structured mentoring programme that connects experienced professionals with early career talent, fostering capacity building and leadership. The chapter also promotes the visibility of diverse professionals and facilitates evidence based dialogue and collaboration across academia, industry, regulatory bodies and public institutions involved in nuclear applications in Colombia.
