WiN OECD NEA membership is open to all members of the OECD Nuclear Energy Agency and other OECD-based organisations who support the WiN OECD NEA Chapter mission and objectives.

WiN OECD NEA members are committed to establishing and maintaining a network for women working at the OECD Nuclear Energy Agency, in addition to other OECD-based organisations, enabling them to exchange knowledge and experience towards advancing their role in the nuclear field.

Martina Adorni - OECD Nuclear Energy Agency

Martina is a Nuclear Safety Specialist at the NEA, working within the Division of Nuclear Safety Technology and Regulation. She contributes to international working groups focused on nuclear reactor safety, regulation, accident analysis and management, and research projects. Martina holds a PhD in Nuclear and Industrial Safety from the University of Pisa. She joined Women in Nuclear (WiN) in 2022 and was elected President in 2024. Through her leadership, she actively
