WiN OECD NEA membership is open to all members of the OECD Nuclear Energy Agency and other OECD-based organisations who support the WiN OECD NEA Chapter mission and objectives.

WiN OECD NEA members are committed to establishing and maintaining a network for women working at the OECD Nuclear Energy Agency, in addition to other OECD-based organisations, enabling them to exchange knowledge and experience towards advancing their role in the nuclear field.

Leadership

Natalie Bonilla - OECD Nuclear Energy Agency

Natalie joined WiN in 2022 when the OECD NEA began to jointly organize international mentoring sessions and she joined the Executive team as the Treasurer. In 2024, Natalie assumed the WiN NEA Presidency. She is the Deputy Head of Education Programmes within the Division of Nuclear Science and Education at the NEA, where she manages a range of multilateral education and training initiatives.
