WiN OECD NEA membership is open to all members of the OECD Nuclear Energy Agency and other OECD-based organisations who support the WiN OECD NEA Chapter mission and objectives.
WiN OECD NEA members are committed to establishing and maintaining a network for women working at the OECD Nuclear Energy Agency, in addition to other OECD-based organisations, enabling them to exchange knowledge and experience towards advancing their role in the nuclear field.

Morgan Packer - OECD Nuclear Energy Agency
Morgan joined WiN in 2022 when the OECD Nuclear Energy Agency established a WiN chapter. She is a Specialist at the Nuclear Energy Agency (NEA) in Radioactive Waste Management since 2021, where she manages a range of multilateral initiatives; these include projects on public policy, knowledge management, stakeholder engagement and enhancing regulator-implementer dialogue.
