Our members share a common commitment to educating the young generation in the field of nuclear technology applications and transferring knowledge to the public. One important goal is to encourage more women to choose careers in nuclear engineering, science and technology.

Grażyna Zakrzewska-Kołtuniewicz - Institute of Nuclear Chemistry and Technology (INCT)
Grażyna is a founding member of WIN Poland and its president since the establishment of this organization in 2013. She is the vice-chair of the Polish Nuclear Society and a representative of the Ministry of Climate and Environment in the RWMC-NEA-OECD. She is also an active researcher, being the head of the Department of Radiochemistry and Nuclear Chemistry at the Institute of Nuclear Chemistry and Technology (INCT).
