WiN Tajikistan stands for gender equality, raises scientific and socially significant issues.
National chapter WiN Tajikistan under the Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Safety and Security Agency of Tajikistan (CBRN SSA) is a public organization which bring together women professionals working in the scientific and technical fields, including the field of CBRN safety and security. WiN Tajikistan was established to enhance the role of women professionals in scientific, technical fields and cultural life.

Zarina Sayfieva - Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Safety and Security Agency of Tajikistan (CBRN SSA)
Zarina is a member of WiN Tajikistan since the establishment. She was elected as the President of WiN Tajikistan in 2022. She started her career in the regulatory authority in the field of nuclear safety and security in 2004. She is a specialist with 19 years of experience. From 2004 to 2019 worked as a Lead Engineer holding various positions at CBRN SSA of Tajikistan (regulatory authority).
