Under the leadership of our President, Melina Belinco, and with the dedicated coordination of our Vice President, Amal Elrefaei, WiN Global reaffirmed its commitment to advancing inclusion, cooperation, mentorship, and leadership across the nuclear field.

Key Highlights from the Week

• Cultivating Tomorrow’s Leaders: The week opened with an inspiring side event on diversity, mentorship, and inclusive practices, held in collaboration with Australia, featuring distinguished leaders including Ian David Grainge Biggs, Ambassador Kennedy O. Reyes, Minister H.E. Dr. Zenator Agyemang Rawlings, Sama Bilbao, Shaun Jenkinson, Aleshia Duncan, Dominique Mouillet, and Veronica Garea.

• Strategic Agreements: We signed important agreements with KINGS, ICTP, WNTI, and the IAEA, strengthening cooperation, knowledge exchange, and opportunities for the next generation of nuclear professionals. Sincere thanks to Peter Frobel and Neva Badalamente for their support.

• High-Level Breakfast with WINS: Together with WINS, we co-hosted “Leading Together: Building Collective Impact, Shaping the Future,” with special thanks to Viviana Moreno, IAEA Deputy Directors General Margaret Doane and Najat Mokhtar, and all contributors.

• Official Booth Opening: IAEA Director General Rafael Mariano Grossi inaugurated the WiN Global booth under the theme “Leadership for Nuclear’s Next Chapter: Diverse Expertise. Strong Partnerships. Collective Impact.” We were honored to mark this moment alongside Minister Adolph Mkenda, Ambassador Matilda Aku Alomatu Osei-Agyeman, Ambassador Ivan Gospodinov, and many valued partners.
